Anyone play sunday league footy?

My mate asked me if i wanted to join his team as the manager had a punch up in the changing rooms last week, which ended up with 12 players been sacked,

 

im not really into playing footy that much, jusr enjoy a kick about not a proper match, but i agreed to joint so they could get enoguh together to have a match,

 

i went a trained with them on wednesday night, didn't seem to bad,

 

to cut a long story short though, we played today and got dicked 15-0

 

we are bottom of the league with 2 points from 14 games,

 

we have scored 14 times and now had 75 put past us,

 

anyone else play?

used to play all the time until i was 15, was training with my team and the adults team, was also nearly accepted into Derby's academy (missed out by 8 points or something)

 

only go for the odd kickaround now though

Used to play ALL the time,to the point where the Mrs forgot what I looked like

 

Training on a Tuesday night

7 a side on a thursday

And a full match on Sunday

 

Now........ be lucky if I could do half an hour
