105Nick Posted December 13, 2006 Report Posted December 13, 2006 Just coming to the end of the 3rd year on the mk2 many reasons 1. Money (or lack of) 2. I keep the car at work so it is getting difficult to work on it 3. For some reason i bought an anglia while the escort was off the road now that is taking up all my spare time/cash! And no i don't even want to know how much it's costing because i may cry, but one day, one fine day she will live again as a fire breathing, forest arched, caged beast!!! Snap! bought the Anglia as it was MoT'd & taxed, with the idea of using it to pootle about in while the escort is done and realised that the Anglia needed full engine rebuild and lots of panels. It looked cool in its original sun bleached paint, was thinking of a rat sleeper on 7x13 supalites then I saw the cost of milton goodies, so I had two big projects on my hands.
Mark2Mark Posted December 13, 2006 Report Posted December 13, 2006 What were we thinking!? i should sell the 'box to fund the mk2 but i can't bring myself to do it instead i just keep hatching bigger plans for it like 7" superlites, classic bucket seats, ZETEC!!!!! OMG Where will it end!!!??
Admin Vista Posted December 13, 2006 Admin Report Posted December 13, 2006 OMG Where will it end!!!?? I don't think it ever does end, there's always something you want to do. Just as I thought I didn't need to do anything I decided I wanted more poke and am hatching plans for a 2.2 bottom end..........and so it goes on
