I was watching Brainiacs the other night and they did an experiment with tin can phones .... you can communicate clearly for up to 14 metres (after that the sound distorts too much). And ...... you can have a 4 way bean can conversation which I thought was quite cool ..... maybe we should put it to the test next year at the Camping
