I know the one you mean,done by the pracy brothers and was in max power years ago when it was a good mag :lol: . I got the mag somewhere at my mums house 8)

kjk132p was my m8's motor,quick as fook then and well built.that was years ago now.last i heard i got nicked in scotland somewhere after a scam of some sorts

I got that mag too. but its up in me loft (put it up the about 3 weeks ago !!

Funny how things change isn't it; max power featuring mk2 escorts and ive got old copies of street machine that advertise wide arch body kits for mk3 escorts and cossie whale tails :oops: not to mention window louvres :oops: sure they'd love to be reminded of that now that its changed to american car world :lol:

as I said elsewhere...the wheel choise for the Modena car was based on the width of the running gear and the width of the car. The XR4X4 runninggear track is very wide in considertion to the width of the arched Escort. When I did these wheels for the builder he originally wanted 15" 4 spoke split rim Revolutions but they are so outset it wasn't possible. The original builder/owner of the car came from Chesterfield so maybe he still owns her...nice to build a "keeper"....was..and hoefully still is a great car!!!!
