Undecided what garage to have

Hi everyone

 

Well i'm going to build a new garage soon. The one which is there @ the moment is about 27 ft long by about 20 ft wide it's looking a bit tired too. Just undecided what to go for. Prefab, Brick or wooden

 

What layouts have you lot got any photos would be a great help

People are a bit reluctant to post pictures of their garages on an open forum because of the recent thefts

but i'm sure they will be willing to tell you what type of garage they have and the layout

Most of the forums I go on are closed which in some ways are better Just really need size's amd materials which they are made of don't what to build something which is not usable

Aside from the thefts, i have known people get into trouble with the planning dept if it's made clear just how big some garages are!

if you can put it up and get away with it for 4 year's you wont need planning premission

they will basiclly build any size lay etc. you want i had mine made taller than standard so i could get my van in aswell it's just the basic shiplap cladded one but well build and ply lined inside would edffo recommend them

dont buy one of those metal ones that come in kit form, I just paid £400 for one and its swank

what ever you have mate make sure you put a top notch locking system on it if your going to keep tool's in their has well
