Iv put the lump in with a fast road cam but i need 40s and a bigger rad, i dont think im gonna do much body work wise but restore it and just slam the car a low as possible.

i didnt rplace the cross member at the tim ei was on a shoe string i gotta do it in new year

you shouldnt need to change the crossmember mate

either that or beacuse i didnt buy a alloy sump i just shorterned a steel one i had to space the mounts up 15mm to get the sump to clear the cross member, the gear box is mounted right that cant change it can only be dropped down by lowering the front mounts i didnt even use alloy mounting blocks on the gearbox i mad my own mounts which are in the same place and level as the standard box.

I have kept those wheel but they were a bit ropey so i sprayed them gloss black, and it is in the sig of mk2 escort chick thats my better half

Iv allways wondered tho if i should have kept the 1.1 in it i drove it for a while and i did get a ton down hill, then a tyre blew cos the tyres were the original ones with inner tubes!

oh dear, im taking it out of mine next year when i get it painted properly i havent drove mine much but ive only seen 60 out of her
