zetecmk2 Posted April 25, 2009 Report Posted April 25, 2009 i was hipnotised years ago, found out that all it was ,was a state of relaxation i used to put myself into as a kid! but 1 stage further!! i've heard good things, but never worked for me as i was curious about what was happening to me, so couldn't be put completely under! although, i couldn't move any of my limbs!!! wierd

pbutilities Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 i was hypnotised 4 years ago havnt had a ciggarette since. the fella charged me 90 quid and said if i was back smoking within a year he would give me back my money. weird sensation but youve got to want to give up and this just helps. i was recomended to him and everyone that i know who went there is still not smoking

caprinerd Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 i gave up on the 6th of jan no patches just cold turkey i started a week ago as i put so much wieght on 32" waist to a 37" waist not good and that was with my running as well so started again as for hypnosis ive heard it takes more than one sitting as they have to coax the brain in to it but i was told that and not 100% sure if it happens like that
bigdaz27 Posted April 26, 2009 Report Posted April 26, 2009 i got hypnotised about 2 years ago and started smoking again 6 months later use the patches there much better i used the patches and havent somoked in 2 months you do need a bit of will power as well but they are very good
