guy came over for me to sort out his diff earlier and he`s asked me if i can fit a hydro system for him, now ive looked into these systems quite a bit and told him i would do it but i have one concern and if anyone can shed light on it for me then i thank you now

ok the prob is where do i mount the canister, would it be ok to mount behind his bumper (its a cube) or does it have to be in direct draft like an oil cooler or an intercooler, i know it has to go at least 4" lower than the bubble trap so thats not a prob just wondered about the cooling aspect as these units heat up to create the hydrogenproxide and not sure if they need to be kept cool at any point

oh he has a twin cylinder unit but cant work out why as a single cylinder is ok upto 3500 cc

is it for mixing hydrogen into the inlet to help burn more efficiently?

Now where has that been tried before :think:

Oh yeah, the Hindenburg, that didn't go too well did it?

basicaly in to run the engine on water as coke bottle and trev said but i need to know about mounting the cylinders

i still think 2 cylinders is over kill tbh as one cylinder will do up to 3500cc but its his money and thats what he`s bought, basicaly you have a cylinder with water and hydrogen proxide mixed in it inside the cylinder you have reactor plates that heat up electricaly out the top you have a pipe that feeds a bubble tank with more mix in it, now the plate heats up and causes the mix to produce a gas that goes into the bubble tank from there the gas collects and is then fed through another pipe to the inlet of the engine which goes in with the air , now out of the bubble talk there is another pipe that comes out at the bottom and returns to the cylinder through the bottom to recycle you have to use distiled or de-ironised water and the electrics run through a relay with a 13amp fuse inline from the battery main power feed, you also have to run a separate switch from the ignition feed so you can shut it off when not using the car

the kit has cost him just under £300 and willtake about 1/2 an hour to an hour to fit
