Fuel pump question.

Hello, might be a daft question but i want to see if there would be any benifit for changing my fuel pump from a mechanical unit to electrical unit, there is no reason to do this as the car runs 100% just asking if the change is benificial in terma of performance etc?? Xflow on 40s at present many thanks in advance

No, no benefit. If you're getting good performance out of the mechanical pump then your 40's are evidently getting enough fuel already.

No benifit apart from one less pump driven by the engine.

 

Is a small benifit thought and not one you'll notice
