Tramp bar front mount troubles.....

My captive nuts inside my chasis on the front tramp bar mounts have fell into the rails.Any ideas how to solve this PLEASE.....

i know of a few people this has happened to,cut open the rails and reweld the nut in place

captive nuts are utter shite! especially on old fords, sneeze in the wrong direction and they cry and fall in

I was thinking of machining up some m12 rivetnuts at work but the chassis rail and tin opener option is the one on the cards at mo.

Machined up some m12 rivetnuts today one tack weld and all went back in a treat ....Sorted piece of urine
