so normally of an evening in basingstoke i'll pop down the Leisure Park or Cinema Car Park as some call it, to see whats about, its where all the ricers go to meet up you see, usually its just littered with poorly modified hot hatches ( except the cold versions of all of them hehe ) but last night i was pleased to find an escort cosworth ( which i parked next to ) a sierra rs500 running somewhere in the region of 550bhp and anti-lag ( which is possibly one of the most amazing sounds, i thought someone had set a firework off and looked up to see the thing some screaming sideways round a corner shooting flames off everywhere ) and there was also my mate in his r33 GTST skyline and an r33 GTR, also there was a 420bhp evo 6, which gave both the liners a run for their money but ultimately its agility put both the liners to sleep! anyway, rant over, some plastics are a little bit fantastic =)

But not oldskool cool - When Ian's (Driver) RS is back on the road he'd show a clean pair of heel's to em all! - without using his anti-lag too

im not saying theyre cooler than oldskools, im just saying some of the plastics aren't as bad as everyone raves on about!

 

that evo was possibly one of the fastest things i've ever seen round a corner...but then it has that silly computer taking all the fun out of things!

 

give me a cossie powered OSF anyday though

mostly good for pointing at and chuckling! nothing funnier than a 1.1 saxo slammed on 17's, especially when they draw attention to the fact its a "1.1i" yes mate that injections gonna sort you right out!

not all ricers are bad i have a dc2 integra type-r the handling is amazing and it revs to 9k as standard.also have a soft spot for ae86 corollas.

I do love the ae86 but its bordering on retro cool so that's most likely why, 4-age is a great little engine too, altho id want the 4-agze, Supercharged FTW!
