b17ant Posted May 30, 2009 Report Posted May 30, 2009 Hi guys, I picked these alloys up, "Lasers" is what i was told. £15 for the set on ebay! seems like a bargin to me!. I really wanted to get some revolutions, but need to save a bit of doddle before i can get those. Ive got some 165 tyres lying around, but ive been told that these alloys are 185's. I just wanted to know wether i could put the 165's on there, or would i be better off getting a new set of tyres?. The alloys are absolutley gleaming, and i think they loom beautiful! Cheers

aden Posted May 30, 2009 Report Posted May 30, 2009 they are 6in wide mate, im pretty sure 165s will fit them but would prob look a bit naff, best all rounder for them wheels is 185/60 imo but they do look good with 175/50s
caprinerd Posted May 30, 2009 Report Posted May 30, 2009 it would depend on the motor if they are going on an escort then 185/60 if they are going on a capri then 205/60 if you go for the 185 on a capri then go with the 70 profile
