Thunder Races

Anyone else watching thunder races on discovery turbo?

 

Three teams have had to create stretched limos out of 60's / 70's cars, one team has stretched a V8 mk2 cortina, bit of a waste of a car but it is entertaining viewing

I did 4 years ago but they aint made any new series for years and it gets a bit boring after the 5 th or 6th rerun but yes i did see it

they actually did some great cars in a few episodes

i was on that programe a few times,they used to come in to halfords after hours on a saturday evening to buy loads of crap

was filmed on a local airfield

why was it? it was in breakers yard for gods sake, waiting to be scrapped
