just rember the busa is a 1.3 your pinto is a 2.0 and if its tuned there going to struggle fueling it with enough air and petrol

 

Yeah, but you have to remember bikes rev twice as high as cars so need the exrta fuel.

Kinda evens thing out a little.

Pinto will still consume more air.

Its not engine size you look at ,but output. If your output on the bike carbs is similiar to the output of the original motor it will work fine with a little adjustment. 8)

At the end of the day, a carb is a carb is a carb.

 

It makes no difference if its off a lawn mower or yamasaki motorbike.

 

You need to fit a carb the size your engine spec requires.

 

I've never seen a big horsepower pinto on bike carbs, because they don't flow enough air.

 

But if used as a replacement to twin 40's or maybe 45's, they'll be fine.

I've been told that they're pretty much a substitute for 40's

but they're more reliable and give more response 8)

 

I've no idea about Ratters' car as I've only seen the carbs in his sig :oops::lol::wink:

But i've ask him about the bike carb because i want on my xflow...
