V8ian Posted June 25, 2009 Report Posted June 25, 2009 About 5 years ago, The lad 3 doors up from me, managed to get his phone taken away from him by clocking up a bill for nearly 3k in one month, he discovered the local dial-a-porn site was charging somthing like £25 per minuite all the way from Colombia!!!!!
FredTransit Posted June 25, 2009 Report Posted June 25, 2009 Not a mobile, but a phone bill, my mate had BT call her about the phone, which was still in her name, which was at her flat in London. She was living and working in Bristol, and had let out the flat. The bill was close to £500 (for a month), on international calls. The tenant even accused my mate of having a calling card linked to the phone account. It eventually came to light that the son (in his twenties) of the house was jumping on sex chat lines as soon as he was on his own, and spending the best part of the day on the phone!
