lee_capri Posted July 20, 2009 Report Posted July 20, 2009 i taxed one on the 5th month this year at the post office and it was free on the subject of the question that was a hand it is a gray area you could get a fine for not declareing the car off road as ive had this happen befor regardless off weather the tax is free or not recived a £80 fine for a tax free car but that was my own fault on the other hand is it in your name if not say you have just brought it
