bigdaz27 Posted August 17, 2009 Report Posted August 17, 2009 im going to fit an electric fan to my escort i have a fan but just thinking of the best way of fixing it to the radiator ive seen these on ebay but are they any good any one used them before ?
jimbo Posted August 17, 2009 Report Posted August 17, 2009 I've been planning on just using normal nuts and bolts pushed through gaps made in the cooling fins. Seemed cheaper, easier and stronger

SLEEPY Posted August 20, 2009 Report Posted August 20, 2009 Mines been on for about 4 years now, no problems. mount the fan on top of the removed rad so there is no presure on the fins whilst you're fixing it on but get a spare set as they have to be cut off if you need to replace the rad at any time.
