For some reason i think the pinstripe looks better with the lotus steels

What he said ^

What they said (and in fairness, what you said) :D

RS2's need broadstripes. It's what sets them apart from other escorts.

Know what your saying, But imo, it needs to be on the Rs 4spokes aswell as the broard stripe,

if your set on steels, no stripe.. get the hair dryer out, and pleeeeasseee dont push through the paint/ pull the paint off !! (easily done)

ye m8, stripes painted on  , so tht will only come off when the restos/re-paints done

So for a while its gunna be Broadstripes and Steelies, and if i like it i'l stick with it, but its gunna be out of pin-stripe or no stripe i think.

More pin-stripe so i can keep it original/ how it was from factory :ykt::beer:

If it were mine, I wouldn't mess with it.

I assume it's a genuine RS?

I think an RS2000 should stay as an RS2000. Pinstripes or broad stripes fine. But the Lotus steels as nice as they are don't really wash with an RS2000 imho. It would look better & more original on a set of Mexico steels which were a standard fitment on MK1 RS2000's

Would you buy a 3door Cossie and strip off the bodykit & fit steel wheels???
