bigdaz27 Posted September 29, 2009 Report Posted September 29, 2009 whats the best way of removing underseal i need to strip mine and repaint i do have the use of a ramp but only for a day or two at the most as its used most days i also have the use of a compresor and what have you so any tips whould be great

Seals2 Posted September 29, 2009 Report Posted September 29, 2009 Blow torch and scrapper for the thinner stuff in the centre blow torch and wd40 on a rag with elbow grease. wire angle grinder for the rust works a treat check my link at my floor

Andrade Posted September 30, 2009 Report Posted September 30, 2009 My dad ruined his wrist scraping off the underseal. A nerve moved in a very painful positioned and actually had to do an operation to move it back in place. I think I will pass on the scraping adventure and sandblast mine
