Paul F Posted October 22, 2009 Report Posted October 22, 2009 I'm about to sort out the fueling on my ST170-engined Mk2 Escort and was wondering... Can I use injection spec rubber fuel hose and run it UNDERNEATH the car? Someone at Burtons mentioned something about not passing an SVA, but will that apply? I know copper pipe can be used, but I'd rather use rubber if I can get away with it. Thanks!
H.P.E harry Posted October 23, 2009 Report Posted October 23, 2009 I used rubber fuel hose and ran it under my car, i know plenty of osf's that do
bortaf Posted October 23, 2009 Report Posted October 23, 2009 Well if you aint got to have an SVA it really don't matter does it and yes i used injection rubber from the tank to the fuel rail no problems in 4 years
Paul F Posted November 8, 2009 Author Report Posted November 8, 2009 Thanks for the replies, have bought rubber fuel hose and am going to use it!
