what axle is this?

This is the axle on my cortina, is it an atlas? it looks similar to my capri atlas, or is it the koln one?

On the atlas the bottom bolt lines up with the top bolt, Koln is offset, but unless you have an axle out of a V6 or estate cortina it will be just the light duty cortina axle, and will not take the Capri internals

No yours is the lightweight axle.

Won't take Atlas parts.

longterm I might look for a cortina v6 axle, as someone mentioned they were the only late cortinas fitted with an atlas
