fitting polycarb windows?

curious as to how i would fit polycarb windows. not just where the original windows would sit but permanently in place. i.e ive seen what looks like rivets on side windows and not on window winder sliders.

I have the rears just in the original rubbers and the fronts have little screws in the bottom supporting them through the door panel.

I also have rubber strips to stop them rattling around.
