streetwise, freedom, driving ambition

I'd change 'school of motoring' to 'motoring school', then add anything relevant to your business in front of that.

 

Not necessarily your name, it won't help people get a better idea of your business as potential customers won't know you. For example, locally there's a motoring school named for it's cost effectiveness "Economical Driving School". It could have been Jo's driving school but that will fade into the background together with the other motoring schools.
