Hi all,

After going a little mad over the last couple of weeks with a wire brush and a can of black hammerite...or 3, with any front suspension bit i'm not replacing it now time for the calipers to be done.

Should i stay with back or go red to stand out....

Or should i do them yellow to match the polly bush kit or blue to match the front springs???????

I would do the rear drums to match the calipers also....

Not sure on wheels yet either could be compomotive m/l.....laser 4 spokes....or original steels banded and black!!!!

I'm doing them tomorrow, decisions decisions....

Keep it understated mate. Go for black for the calipers. Painted drums look poo imo, Just do them black

Black was the original colour planned so i'll stick with that i think.

Cheers for all your help, i'm sure yellow would look equally good but 1 day i'll wake up and change my mind and do them black again anyway

I don't mind a bit of colour on the calipers, but it has to be a colour you used elsewhere on the car.

Dad painted his calipers yellow to go with the lotus badge, and i think they look much nicer than plain black. you can just make them out in the photo next to the engine, sorry i dont have a better one:

I'd deffo go with black mate if it was my car  , my mate with a mk1 fiesta had done his blue to match his car, but all the underneath is blue so it all ties in.
