antz Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 that sad empty feeling you get when you sell a car and see if driving off to its new home. Just sold my Volvo 240 estate and Im going to miss 'the big swedish lady' as she was known to friends and family 3 years, 30k+ miles, many road trips and she never let me down
Admin Vista Posted February 15, 2010 Admin Report Posted February 15, 2010 she never let me down So why sell up? Oh and no, I rarely get all wistful when I sell a car, after all it's up for sale because I don't want it any more. If I did, then it wouldn't be for sale.
antz Posted February 15, 2010 Author Report Posted February 15, 2010 because I wanted something newer, comfier and faster. I get attached to things too easily She was part of the family but it was time to move on...I just didnt like saying goodbye
Grizzley Dell Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 i had a tear in my eye when i sold my 325i but it soon went when my eckie took its place
