If you have your tank in the boot do you run your breather lines right back up the front into the engine bay?!

Ive got a breather on the rocker box

 

 

And one on the catch tank in the boot

 

 

Been working fine that way for years

Are the Vapours a bit smelly in the boot?! Its only as all the diagrams ive seen have the rocker box going back to the oil tank and then to the breather, just wondered if there was a way around having all the lines going back up front!!

sorry.. As my breather is currently situated in the engine bay!

sometimes its a bit wiffy with the windows shut but the fire wall is well seald

I've been wondering this.

 

so, with a dry sump system you can have a breather from the oil tank (in the boot) and a seperate breather tank in the engine bay for the engine? (as per normal) ????

 

makes life alot easier if so!!
