Excellent pics scott the show was very enjoyable on both days, good camping, with large beer tent and evening disco, wide variety of vehicles, autojumble and bric-a-brac lots of people looking at the cars, and no rain!

Noticed your lad has decided not to follow in his fathers "trend setting" ways buy not wearing his socks with his sandals

 

Anyone know what that pulley is running on the white mk1( I think thats what it was in) was a xflow I think but not seen one set up like that before?

nearly it a 1.6 8v with opel manta dizzy set up

I was looking at that yesterday and thinking that the lump reminded me of the 8V engine I had in my Mk1 Astra 1.6SR in 1988. I don't recall a dizzy set up like that though, why is it necessary?

dizzy fits on the other end of the engine in a vauxhall as for using the manta dizzy it was origanally used on a zetec conversion and worked on that so they tried it on the vauxhall engine i know the guys that built the the car and if they can modify what they have kicking about they will sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt

Can i just mention that this is a fantastic 2 day event with a huge selection of cars,bikes,trucks etc.

 

There is plenty to do for young and old alike..or just chill watching the world go by.

 

The food vans offer a big variety and were open till late

 

The beer tent had a large stock of beer/cider etc

 

There was a lovely atmosphere throughout the whole weekend and i think its about time some of OSF members/admin etc should consider Powderham for next year

Sadly, he fell over about 20 mins after that was taken and ended up with his bottom lip cut in two places and blood all over his face, not a happy little chappy!
