I bought a pair of 1/4 front bumpers for my escort to replace the full length one, the indicator lights don't fit the new bumpers because the bumpers haven't got a bracket for them. Has anyone worked around this? I think I'm going to have to make a bracket but was just wondering if Anyones already achieved it and has any advice?

:? mk1 or 2?

Mk1's don't have indicators in the bumpers and mk2 1/4 bumpers definitely should have mounting points for them? :?

Post up a pic and show us what problem you're having

Yeah think I'm going to struggle though mate,

I'm racking my brain to think of an easy way of fixing them. What do your fibreglass brackets look like?

SORTED :]

Just made the bracket. Took some doing but glad it's done.

Your right though. Would have been a whole lot easier to spend abit more money and buy the metal ones already with a bracket.

Another thing to warn you anout it that you will need a new earth for indicators as the orginal one would be through bumper

I drilled a hole in bumper iron and bolted spade on there

Ah right I'll get on that cheers.

Is it vital that I don't run until the earths put onto the irons?

What are the consequences of leaving it on the screw mate
