Would you replace or repair a rusty panel?

I have removed the steel front wings on my Capri. They are both completely bare metal at the moment and have small specks of rust dotted all over them, but some (about 6 spots at 5mm) have penetrated completely through the metal. would you replace the panel or weld repair the spots. 98% of the wings look good. I really am getting p*ssed off with it and am serioulsy considering just buying replacement fibreglass panels for the doors, bonnet and front wings..

i'd repair them if your half good with a welder.

Def repair them coz new wings never fit properly and you need the patience of a saint to fettle and sweeten them to the proper shape.
