f**king `war weekend` as its called,basically hundreds of strange people desend on pickering dressed in war time clothing like they own the place,with wooden guns and all their fake medals and take on a different name etc.they forced my mrs with pram and little lad onto the road coz they were `marchin`. they abandon cars in peoples drive waysand anywhere they can,cafes only sell food as rashons .all the pubs have to play period music.shops have to tape up their windows or a frowned upon and it last for 4 days!! really pisses the locals off!!!thinkin of gettin the yellow peril out and driving it around makin as much noise as poss,a burn out or two maybe:twisted: sorry rant over
