I have a Ford Granada steering wheel who's leather skin is falling off and I need a skilled/competent trimmer to stitch it all back together for me... Any suggestions?!

I know where they are Steering wheel re-trims are not cheapo mind I've got a bloke who re trims whole interiors for me at work and he's mustard, top quality work and local Can get his details if you want them

I know where they are Steering wheel re-trims are not cheapo mind I've got a bloke who re trims whole interiors for me at work and he's mustard, top quality work and local Can get his details if you want them Ditto,was quoted years ago £300 to re leather a Fiesta sport steering wheel,the rubbish blue/black things they fitted that peeled after a couple years,they werent covered by the 3 year warranty. Ended up fitting a black leather puma one as that was £170
grifterkid Posted October 16, 2010 Author Report Posted October 16, 2010 Christ I only need a bit of a repair done to my wheel, it certainly doesn't look to be worth spending a few hundred quid on it...!!! I think the search is on for a good second-hand item...
bigdaz27 Posted October 16, 2010 Report Posted October 16, 2010 A place that makes/repairs horse seats maybe cheaper it might sound silly but they do have all the gear a mate of mine just had his done buy a horse seat fixer or what ever you would call them and they done an excellent job

JAY PS Posted October 16, 2010 Report Posted October 16, 2010 My trimmer is Nick on 07956 326686 Hes is mobile and is based in Sandhurst ,he does all the tvr /bentley work round woking and surrounding area ,his work is A1 not cheap but the only one i can trust with my oldksool trim ,done my recaros and you wouldnt know theyd been repaired
