What to do....

so a few months ago i brought something from someone, which turned out to be a scam, i lost my money and since then found out its happened to other people with the same guy but 'selling' different products. The thing is ive now found on ebay an advert for the item i brought worded pretty much along the same lines, and using the same photos but from different angles from what i originally thought i was buying.

Theres no doubt about it its the same item, so what should i do, arrange to go see it and confront the person or what do you suggest?

You can do..................but you will have no proof it's him and he'll deny it anyway if you accuse him of it.

 

Plus what happens if you get there and he's built like a brick shit house and has a bunch of equally undesirable mates ready to have a go?

 

I'd speak to the police about it personally, it might get you nowhere but what have you got to lose?

is it the same user name? did you report them to ebay? take a few mates with you and go and confront them. im up for it, fooking hate scammers
