kms Posted January 31, 2007 Report Share Posted January 31, 2007 We did have a meet back in October at the Red Lion Pub - It was quite near Duxford - Bluffin organised it - He's in Ely. It's quite a long way for those in suffolk though - but it's an idea non the less. There are a few other people fairly local to us too - off the top of my head; Runty176 is near Cambridge and maizetina is round there too, Bluffin - Ely and Oldtina (fluff) is in Chatteris so it would be good if they were interested too. Thats a long way round for you mate but thanks for the offer.Have to see how things progress and I would love a spin in that Mk1,it looks the nuts! 340truck. I know the Bunbury arms and as you say probabaly a good pub,easy to find and a huge car park but its a long way for the guys from Cambrigeshire way. I should be passing that way at some point next week so could drop in and see if they are ok with the idea or not. Let me know your opinions or other ideas folks. Sean.
