mark reed ford Posted December 1, 2010 Report Posted December 1, 2010 Hi guys, i'm lucky with restoration i weld for a living and have done for over 30 years now, i cant understand my club i am willing to help anyone with a classic with welding and they seem to think i want something in return, i don't i just love cars and i even offered to use my equipment, the only thing i wanted was for them to be there and help. I will give you some advice, MIG welding is the best to learn, its easy to use and can give good results but dont buy cheap its worth while buying the best you can afford. Good luck with it oh and be sure to get a fire extigusher its very easy to set your car alight.
