homemade tacos with beef chilli and melted cheese

 

main

 

lamb shank on a veg mash with full stock simmered down rich onion gravy

 

pudding (the best bit)

 

Chocolate blamanche with homemade candied orange segments which were meant for xmas and still a bit too chewy cos they were meant to be left for another week lol and a couple of them chocolate wafer straw things

 

 

 

but best best best bit

 

12 bottles of bud and just about ta finish a bottle of red

 

i reckon im sufficently getting into xmas spirit a bit to early but hey ho
