Engine Courier....

So, my borrowed Rover 25 couldn't stand the weight of the 1.8 Zetec which is going to be fitted to the MK1 Fiesta, and both rear shockers have burst - barsteward!

 

So I need a few questions answered:

 

1) How much does a 1.8 Zetec Engine & Gearbox weigh?

2) How do I get one transported?

3) What courier would you use for transport and roughly how much?

 

Going from Cumbria to Ayrshire.

if it's anyhelp i had my crossflow engine sent from shropshire to Vulcan Engineering for £50 with "palletways". £50 return trip aswell. took 3 days each way
