Hi

 

Does anyone know if Alimax are still trading, I ordered some parts about 3 weeks ago, supposed to been delivered last week but never turned up, I have tried to ring them 3 times today and everyday this week, tried emailing them but no responce.

 

Little concerned as i purchased over £600 worth of parts.

 

Any news would help

ALimax is a joke, I would not use this company ever again, 8 weeks later still not received the goods and the guy reckons he gave me a refund 3 weeks ago.....

 

Legal action to be taken against them, for future please be very wary of buying from ALIMAX

Alimax is no longer being operated/run by Alwyn who first started the company and built up it's previous good reputation. I suggest you take it via the courts to get your money back

Was always good service when alwyn had it always next day delivery, shame it sounds like a good name has been ruined.

take who ever was running the business at the time of purchase to court and the cleaners. its theft taking money under false pretences

Hello you need to speak to Wayne or Sam down there as Alwyn is no longer part of alimax as he was pushed and Wayne is the sales man who would of taken your money.

It is not confirmed that Alimax is closing down. I suggest you proceed through the small claims court if you are not happy as it may be a quicker and easier way to get your money back and is something you can do easily yourself (you will get your costs back as well). Do you have their address - pm me if you don't. As far as I remember it is an N1 claim form you need for the courts - you can do it online
