Hovering Text Showing First Or Last Post

Hover your mouse over the subject and it will show (500 characters) of the first post.

 

Now, look over to the right where it says 'Last Post' and the username of the person who posted the last post. Just to the right of the name is a small block. Hover over that, and you get the most recent post.
