My son has been unwell for sometime with a bowel condition but over let last couple of weeks has taken a turn for the worst so he was seen by the surgeons today and have been told he faces 3 major operations the 1st of them in a couple of weeks to remove his large bowel and fit a colostomey bag then the next op is to create a pouch from his small bowel and then the final operation is to connect up what remains of his bowel etc so that he can come off the colostomey bag. Needless to say it is a worrying time for me and my wife but my son (12 years old) is being very brave about it all considering all of the above can take up to a year to complete

 

As family always comes first i think the 100E and a lot of shows (no classic ford show this year) will be neglected until my son is well on the road to recovery but i will still go to my local meets when i can to keep my sanity

Hi Gary. My boss is going through the same, it's not an easy ride but he's certain he could have only have got though it with the support of friends and family. As said, youngsters respond well so well to treatment. My best to the family.

Sorry to hear your news, i know how i would feel if it were one of mine, Daughter had a short spell where it was touch & go when she was little and it does gut you, good news is, as said, they mend very quickly and she's forgotton all about it now, good luck hope it's all sorted soon.

 

As for the car it will wait and they dont lost value much these days
