We can get it collected and fitted in a day and then your back on the road. Many many thanks mate, still trying to sort engine. Located a 1300 possibly, if not still looking but fingers crossed

BUT having said that there must be someone on here who has an old 1.3 knocking about to help. Come on look in you lock ups, back of garages etc

Looks like I have found a 1600 cross-flow which has been built into a 1760, very little use and will be getting fitted in a few weeks. Many thanks to all for advise and offers of help. Excited now about getting my Escort on the road again
