Engine question humour me

Hi all ive bought a 1600 x flow in bits ive got the rocker cover, head,block, pickup pipe and sump. i am going to use parts off a 1300 x flow ive got but my question is are there any rods from the cam to the valves and will the 1300 ones fit if not where can i get any.

You need the pushrods lol, but the 1300 ones are too short I think. Don't know where to get them though

Well you did ask to be humoured!

 

I think Burton list them but it would be cheeper to find some second hand if you can.

 

FYI the difference between the 1600 and 1300 is the height of the block - hence the longer pushrods.

 

You could try Vulcan he's a nice bloke or Wayne at WPE he too might have some lying around.
