Anti dive kits.........?

I'm sure the clues in the title, but what exactly do they do?

 

Why do half the posts say 'get it bought' and the other, 'bargepole, someone else's" ....... etc etc.

from every thing i read it all depends on the car and the set up your running

 

i was thinking of fitting one to my capri but after speeking to mates i upgraded to 190lbs springs and ajusterbal shocks and that sort all the problems i had nicely

 

as for what they do it's my understanding that they change the angle on the anti roll bar to pre load it so the nose dose not dive under heavy braking i think
