GJUK Posted February 14, 2012 Report Posted February 14, 2012 Yeah, whatever. You'd have to wait 3,000 years for orions to reach this kind of value. £5k, really? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1990-Ford-Ori ... 23184bb300
Tall paul Posted February 14, 2012 Report Posted February 14, 2012 That's been on there for a while, surprise surprise
Jiffer Posted February 14, 2012 Report Posted February 14, 2012 whatever floats yer boat really, but sure has hell don't float mine
GJUK Posted February 14, 2012 Author Report Posted February 14, 2012 i wouldnt buy it for 300 But its an old 'classic' ford. It's worth millions. Think of the rally heritage, the old grannys drifting to the shops, tesco bags flying out the window as the front wheels spin on the poorly maintained council estate roads. Buy now! Bargain.
jas Posted February 14, 2012 Report Posted February 14, 2012 think about the rattles from the top end the seals only lasting six months the water pump dyeing good point is u could give a gold fish a good home when the batt tray rotts again and the nside floor fills with water then theres the gear remote finding a gear can be fun.
quickrack Posted February 15, 2012 Report Posted February 15, 2012 If it was a sub 1000 mile 1600i maybe it might be worth half that
In The Pit Posted February 17, 2012 Report Posted February 17, 2012 A nice car but never gonna get anywhere near that for it, just wasting his money advertising it. You'd think if he's asking that much then he'd take more pictures than just two of the front end.
evil knievel Posted February 18, 2012 Report Posted February 18, 2012 I am into my mk4 escorts, not such an orion fan admittedly, but I would never pay any where near that for this! I don't see why MK4 prices are going through the roof. It seems the sellers are looking at the OSF's and whapping the price right up, but the buyers haven't quite caught on yet?? They certainly haven't got the vintage of an old Cortina or Capri, and I will openly admit that, but I still think they are cool as hell!
