any issues with 8j wheels?

im after a set of alloys for my bubble arched mk1 escort

 

originally i was looking for a set of 13" 7j but will 8j cause me any problems? i.e on full lock etc...

8J's should be fine with bubbles providing you get the offset right

Not sure on a mk1 escort, but yep..if the offset is right should be ok.

Was going to have 8's on the front of my capri, no problems..(did try it out)

..but kept 7's for easier steering

should be as long as offset ok. when you consider 8's have been fitted on standard arched escorts with arch mods

they'll go straight on but depends on the width of your axle.I put a wide axle in mine and fooked up.In the end had to have a set made by image wheels.
