DanV Posted May 5, 2012 Report Posted May 5, 2012 After a few tough years with money (who hasnt!?!?) I went to get stuck back into my 100E, FRE426A. The guy doing my metalwork came for a look and as it turns out the repairs are so bad itd cost a small fortune to put right, so ive been hunting for a good shell. After being messed about by a couple of sellers I found XDM851 for sale and made the 140 mile trip north to pick her up! Bravely, I drove her home and she hasnt missed a beat! Cant fault the car, its awesome!! For now she'll be kept standard and used as my daily, but there are underlying plans for some extensive modifications as I still have all the old parts I gathered for my previous shell. Once work commences I shall start a resto thread so you can keep an eye on progress. Im happy to be back, Watch this space
