Diesel Turbo conversions Motorhomes

I know it's a long shot but ...... my folks have a Fiat Ducato 2.8 Diesel motorhome and it's not very pokey up the hills. My Pop's wants to do a turbo conversion.

 

Does anyone know of any company in the South of England (they live in Surrey) who does these conversions??
