not purple anymore

my auto subscription payment went out last month on the 4th but im not purple any more can someone fix it please?

Do you pay from the same email address you subscribe to the site with? Often the problem when people don't is that we've no way of tying the two together. I always email people that send payments we're unable to identify but often don't get a response

 

Can you send me payment details please?

sorry for the late reply not been about! it went out on the 4th of june its a tazrocks88 email address so should be simple enough i hope!
