Ok where do i start?

at classic ford i went over to the oldskoolmini stand selling mk1 escort panels at really good prices, £200 later i walked away fairly happy. 2 of the many items i bought were sold as mk1 complete floor pans both sides (i was well pleased)

got them home and they were completely wrong so i phoned up with the part numbers and they told me i had mk3 escort floor pans :banghead:

"not a problem, send them back and we will send you out the correct items"

i had to accept the fact they were labelled up incorrectly and paid to have them sent back, more than a few weeks later still nothing so i phone back less than happy!

"sorry we havent received anyhting off you yet"

straight on the phone to parcel force they tell me that they were delivered and gave me the date of delivery

.... so im back on the phone to oldskoolmini

"hang on a minute, let me stick you on hold. . . . . oh yeah sorry we did receive them but are waiting on an order before we send you out the correct floor pans"

the other day these turn up very badly packaged !!!

I have been on the magnum website and cant work out what ive got?

oldskoolmini say that if i post them back they will refund the postage and send me out a set of mk1 escort floor pans (4x individual ones as they dont actually sell full n/s and o/s floor panels)

To be honest im so pissed off with the whole situation, then trying to rob me by saying they hadnt received them!!

do i send them back and risk getting nothing back at all?

I know one thing is for sure, ill be seeing them again next year at classic ford

.. while im on a rant, osf admin your photo uploader aint working :D

Send them back again and make sure you send them recorded. Keep them and they'll be no use to you and they'll keep your money.

P.S. Attachment upload is working fine, you need to make sure the file size isn't too big though. Max 800Kb

to be fair the prices were good, just a shame im having so many problems now. whenever you ring up they just seem un-interested

Theres a saying ive heard before, something about not taking shortcuts and buying cheap.... better to stick with someone reputable.

Oh well, you live and learn :D

before u send them off tell them you want all your money back with all the cost of the post you have spent out, if they dont do it you have customer rights and give trading standards a ring,my brother got a mini boot floor from them....it was a fkin joke....the metal was so thin, the pressing was cr@p...he got his money back and they couldnt kiss his a55 enough.....think he got nappy rash.
