metal spraying's been around for years mainly in engineering i used to get

lift gear box main shafts sprayed and machined back to size. i bet doing car panels aint cheap

Agreed on the cost and what a faff! 18 minutes for a load of 'biggish' pin holes. Probably not PC anymore but i'd Lead load it if you don't want filler!
