The basics of the story are, i sold some car parts (steering wheels) on eBay and posted them to Malta. On 2 seperate occasions i thought the parts were lost and i would get a refund by the post office, so i refunded the buyers. But the items turned up, a few weeks later. On both occasions after it has been confirmed they have received the parts both the buyers will not respond to any messages sent to them through email/eBay. Not looking for a 6'5 keyboard warrior, i was just wanting to know if someone could hand post them a letter throught their letter box, it might make them think twice and pay for their goods.
